North Fork Partners, LLC provides alternative finance solutions to small and medium sized businesses, predominately in the form of senior secured asset-based loans. We finance companies that are unable to obtain conventional financing because they don’t meet corporate underwriting standards of traditional lenders. Borrowers use the capital we provide for various reasons including corporate growth; asset or business acquisitions, as well as turnarounds and restructurings. In addition to senior lending, North Fork can provide mezzanine and equity financing to companies with proven leadership teams with strong growth potential.
North Fork Partners was formed in 2014 with the primary purpose of originating and funding private debt transactions to generate superior risk-adjusted returns. The current management team has been originating and funding similar transactions through superior structuring and industry knowledge since 2010.
